Omena Historical Museum 2015 Summer Class Schedule

Learn an easy way to plan your watercolor paintings from start to finish with new techniques in watercolor painting that will take you to the next level. Class will cover how to improve your compositional skills, directional line, value, texture, elusively, and time. When you leave this class you will be on the way to creating great work. Class is suited to those who are new to painting, or to watercolor as a medium; artists who want to try a new approach; or anyone who wants an opportunity to paint with other artists who love color. Class meets two times.

Julie Sanco (B.S., MED) taught art for 35 years at Seaholm High School in Birmingham MI as well as summer classes and night classes. She has exhibited in several hundred art shows exhibiting handcrafted ceramics, original watercolor paintings, and mixed-media folk art. Each spring she returns to her Mexican retreat in San Miguel de Allende studying under German artist Edina Sargent.
