Come along with Dorothy on her adventure from rural Kansas to the magical Land of Oz and back again. This classic musical has been given a fresh look, staying true to the original script, score, and story while making the characters more relatable to contemporary audiences. Set in the present day, our Dorothy is an artistic, misunderstood teen who dreams of a place “over the rainbow” where there isn’t any trouble. Inspired by current teenage art and culture, our production showcases parallels between the classic MGM film and issues that are relevant today.
